House Cleaning Professional

Independent contractor role. Bring your skills, we bring the clients.

$25-$35/hour - The bare minimum you would ever make cleaning with us would be $25/hr. We pay via flat rate so if your an efficient cleaner you can earn much more per hour!

1099/Contractor Position - Instead of working for us, you work with us. You are your own boss.

Bonus Opportunities - Earn extra each month through our performance and referral bonus programs. Active cleaners easily add a couple hundred dollars on top of base pay.

Requirements

• 2+ years residential cleaning experience

• Willing to work as 1099 contractor

• General liability insurance ($50–70/month)

• Provide your own supplies & equipment

• Reliable transportation & valid license

• Able to pass a background check

• Strong communicator, punctual, detail-oriented

What you'll be doing

• Standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring residential cleanings

• Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas — thorough and consistent every time

• Occasional commercial cleaning opportunities

• Professional, respectful conduct in clients' homes; communicating on scheduling and updates
